  20. man, as much as I hate the insecurity of what I do and the fact I don't know what I will earn each year, I cant fathom what it must be like to have your future plotted out by your employer. Surely you are as important to your company as they are to you and the ability to be spontaneous ( even six mouths in advance!) is a human right!! Welcome to the machine eh?
