  1. Anyone tried it?

  2. Is this for the D16RR?

  3. Ye I've it on the MTS , great job, had it on from new...easy fitted, just use plenty of water, rubber gloves and time, don't be afraid to leave it for a cup of tea and go back to it !!!!

  4. Used it on my last 4 bikes, swear by it, currently got it on the Tricolore. Easy to clean flies n crud off as it just wipes away.

  5. Are you talking about Ventureshield?

  6. Great stuff, should be fitted as standard.

  7. How well does it PROTECT?

  8. She said that was her name ...

  9. You'd be better off getting the Flu jab, or buying some condoms, than sticking film on yourself!!

I'm not helping very much am I?:upyeah:

  10. As far as I can make out it protects very well, had no chips or marks since fitting it on any of the bikes, just done Misano and back on the tourer and the wife decided to scrape her feet over the panniers, did what it was supposed to and saved the paintwork. I know I will regret this but have it on my helmet too......

Good thing is you can replace individual panels if you trash them.

  11. Where do u have to go to have it put on and does it give u good protection.?will it damage the surface if u decide to pull it off.or is this something best left to the pro's .

  12. WTF are you two talking about here....I think I must have missed a post or two

  13. Most bikes can be done DIY but they also offer a fitting service which comes to you I believe.

  14. After watching the guy fit mine, I doubt I would have had the patience to do it myself. Too many weird shapes on bikes to do it without messing it up, kudos to those who have though!

  15. I've just had paint protection film installed on my new bike. At the recommendation of @JimVee, I used Tony James Designs - excellent job, highly recommended. There is no way I'd buy a kit and have a go at installing it myself.

  16. I believe the D16RR is done by fitting service only.

  17. This is what they said when I enquired

  18. It's also about £400 iirc. It came fitted to mine when I bought it which was a bonus. A DIY kit for my Streetfighter was £120.
