Work, then finish decorating, then row with missus as I'm doing it wrong, again Well I say row...if it were boxing it would be Tyson vs the skinny fella down the road :Blackeye:
She normally does, and I think doesn't like the fact I have taken away some more ammunition of 'you do nothing around here' by showing its just as easy for me, I do it as well and in far less time...along with the cooking
ah, the wife and i are coming to terms with neither of our ways are right or wrong, just different. Although her's is the wrong way and mine is right obviously.
Why doesn't yours just do what mine does and completely forget all of the things you do for the duration of the rant? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Tried Haggis last night for the first time, I was slightly concerned before hand. It was a good evening despite the fact there was no Scottish broth or piper. Trying to improve my health a bit this year too which perhaps does not go hand in hand with Scottish cuisine. Managed to mod and fit some wheels to the Blade that I bought on fleabay as a punt, hopefully get them painted soon and tyres on. Getting the Ducati ready for its Mot. Fingers crossed it goes through ok, it has some kind of chip repair on the left head light. I want intend to spend a bit more time on the bikes this year, hoping for a good spring and summer. Off to pick up my boy soon, the Mrs had to take a short notice meeting today which we really need to go well. Nothing more exciting to report.
Been to Switzerland again. No idea where. It was all white. This was taken on the way back to Morzine via Avoriaz .
It is bordered by Germany to the North, Liechtenstein to the East, Italy to the South and France to the West - you posh folk eh!
I've decided to take stock of my life.....battling depression BIG style again. So I've been signed off by the doc,and I may not go back to work. If I do it will be part-time.....yes....I won't be able to do the great holidays that Hubby and I have always wanted to do,but as long as we can get by I don't really care. As long as I can get down to Aberystwyth or Cornwall or Scotland once in a while,I'll be happy with that. Also decided it's time to get a pooch....always wanted one,not sure what breed as it will be a rescue dog, I think we be able to help each other!
Dogs are awesome and great therapy if you have the time and patience they deserve. My Nelson was a rescue Collie/Lab, will get another when I retire. GWS.
Have you ever thought about a Chizel pooch? They are not very good in the home but good guard dogs and can cook
Jen, I have first hand experience of battling depression so my heart goes out to you with my sincerest wish that you do get on top of your battle. Trust those around you that care and never, never, never suffer in silence. If the world is shrinking around you, grab your man and get a hug, he will understand. I think a dog is a great idea, unconditional love - both ways . Andy xxx
