  1. Picked Carole up from Gatwick, had an awful 2 hour drive back in torrential rain but cheered up with a curry for 2. Really nice to have my playmate home, missed her. Andy

  3. Not totally sure but a 2 hour ish drive from Grenoble. Snow was initially good and they did have a powdering mid week but it got quite icy and a bit brown at the edges by the end of the week. She had a great time. Andy

  5. Today I read my computer using the diagnostic unit I bought from eBay worked fine using the free android app. Attached pics show some detail.
    rest the TPS from 3.8 to 1.3 . nice cheap kit and pleased it all worked. Cleared fault codes as well !!!!!

  9. Pitched up in Hove, here until Thurs, been about 16 years since I was last here other than a fleeting Brighton visit. And realised forgot my mac charger so off to Apple shop for an ass raping tomorrow :Banghead::rolleyes:

  12. Today I have mostly been having a biopsy on a patch of skin with suspected skin cancer, on my left shoulder.

    Told the doc to take all the offending area away as I didn't fancy having to go through it all again if it is confirmed later.

    Had five stitches. Get the results in 6 weeks. :)

  14. Definitely worth asking if you can borrow one.

    My iphone charger literally blew up in the middle of the night in Barcelona last October so I went out and bought one from a giant store which sold just about everything, cost me 30euros, went back to the hotel and asked the young girl at reception if they by chance had any phone charger for an iphone, girl opened a drawer which was crammed with about 50 chargers of all types, and said "take your pick" apparently a very common item to forget to take away with you.
    Took the new charger back to the store for a refund!
