  8. Today we are having friends coming to stay for the weekend. It's supposed to snow today too to add to the excitement. Nowt yet.

  9. Got a smattering daarn sarf, snowed overnight and been trying to snow this morning for a couple of hours. Had enough to turn the footpath white. Andy

  10. Still no snow. But the forecast is saying we are going to get it this afternoon.

  11. I do hope you're right, it's been over 10 years for me.

  12. Yep you're getting light sleet 100% anytime now to 3pm where it turns to drizzle 25%

  13. Woke up to sleet which quickly fluctuated with rain. And today is new bike tyres day. So my plan of jeans for the 4 mile journey across town have been shelved, and squeezed into leather pants :astonished:

  14. Yep our lass was panicking last night ITV,BBC and 3 bloody weather apps she uses said snow from 1 AM for 8 hours !! was expecting it a foot thick this morning :Watching: - Not a bloody speck, must have been too cold for it  not that I'm complaining though :)

  16. We had the snow. Worst bit is, due to the extension our garage has no roof at the mo. My concreted ground anchor (pictured) was full of water that had frozen and I had to feed the chain through. [IMG]

  17. Decided to clean and adjust 996 chain and clean the crap out after the mistake that was WD 40 chain lube. Never again, back to Wurth dry for me. Think I may need a new chain/sprocket set though :-/ will effect project 999 financials.

Ended up cleaning inside of fairing too.
