  1. After 4 Multleys and 20K miles I have finally gotten a fuel level sensor error with the flashing dash and CEL.

And after finally getting the 2012 all put back together.

  2. Fair-play, you certainly ain't jinxed!

  3. I did 20k on mine and it was the only bit that didn't go wrong [emoji23]

  5. If it's true to type, it doesn't go away. Intermittent at first it get progressively worse. However, there have been a number of updates to the fuel sender to try to get it right. The latest (as far as I'm aware) seems to have done the job. If I remember correctly it has a letter D in the serial number. When you eventually get it fixed make sure that's the one they fit

  7. Bloody mutley is like an addiction . And it's now got electrical problems which makes me want to get rid and look at new GSX1000F thingy???

  8. I went a bought a new leftover 2014 Honda CB1000R in May and its a cracking brilliant bike. However the nature of the 4 cylinder motor is just so uninspiring ... from the exhaust note to the way it develops power... a well tuned Mutley kicks you in the nuts at 2500 RPM and effortlessly pulls 3rd gear power wheelies almost as soon as you release the clutch. They are truly amazing machines.

  9. The Ducati part number is printed on the white label which is tagged onto the electric cable to the fuel gauge sender - you can see it when the seat is off. Last year 592.1.021.2C was superseded by part number 592.1.021.1D which is the current latest version. So far ...
