So depressed with wet cold winter, thought I'd share some pics of my baby to possibly add some joy ;-)
I have one Dawg , Ive only ever seen one other and that was a new one in Riders awhile ago , I agree it is definately the fastest colour available , Im worried it might also be the most unreliable colour too ? Just look at my endless whinging on here , sometimes I wish I had a red one but I know if I did then when I saw one of these id wish I had what ive got .
Dave, Yup, its a great colour, I know Dukes usually are red but this i feel is much more 21st century.... I have read about your problems but fortunately so far mine has been fantastic. Having said that the rear brake may need to go back for attention, its beginning to feel like a Tuono I used to have. By the way, got mine from Riders Bridgwater.
My Pikes Peak Just a few of my bike, showing a few mods, bars black 20 mm risers, polished termi system with cut down can. Steve
Love the XF behind it too though it would be faster in green, I mean the car not the bike. The bike would be much faster if it was in Red, White and Black. Seriously, it looks fantastic mate. Chris.
Bigsimp, did you cut down the Termi and how difficult was it? Any advice? Is it any louder? Thanx, Chris.
Chris the can is a bit louder when cut shorter, but i found if i ran the baffle in it the sound was fine and pleased me. I just took my time cutting it down an probably messed with it longer than i should but im a bit fussy. I wanted to match the length of the can to the hugger ie length wise as i did not like the std, 2 into1 termi can it was to long for my liking. I did polish the end caps on the can and gave the can itself a little polish to show of the lines in the titanium. Steve
Love it bud, gorgeous car mate. I have an xkr with a full race active system on which sounds pretty nice at full chat when the exhaust valves open to by-pass the rear silencer which is the only silencer on the car. It is surprisingly quietish at legal speeds but amplifies that gorgeous V8 rumble. Chris.
G'Day, Took the Italian Diva on a Sunday run to Suzhou (Jinjii Lake Lunch), Tongli and on the way back the ride turned somehow into a temple run ending at the HQP Roadhouse for hot chocolate and x-mas stollen, a brilliant day out with great weather.......
