Good luck. Ride it like you stole it,and see if you can shake the examiner off. They like a challenge.
Thank guys, I appreciate the good luck wishes, would have thought after 50 years of riding I'd have felt quite calm about it but I'm beginning to feel a little edgy. Still had a cracking ride out and enjoyed my butty at the Departure Lounge having never been there before. Meeting my examiner at the Tescos in Abingdon and guess he'll take me out to the A420 before cutting back to Wantage and down to the M4 at Hungerford as the debrief will be at the Tescos in Newbury. Obviously would like a first but will take a pass any day of the week. Andy
Ordered a 5litre tub of s-doc 100 cleaner (and one for my mate too) spring is coming so bike usage will go up and the need to clean will also go up along with it...
Dropped Mrs M off to start her adventure in to the world of becoming a Biker! She's picking up riding a bike better than I had expected and enjoyed being out on the road on the riding schools 125. Recieved positive feedback from her instructor who thinks she going to progress well and be on two wheels in a few months, very proud husband here and can't wait for her to be out on her little Monster that we purchased last week  Also went out for an hours blast with the eldest daughter on the 1198 since we're being blessed with a nice and mild afternoon. Massive smile on my face now having had a v-twin fix and realised how bloody awesome and brutally quick they are! Roll on summer

Just watched WSB from 2003, Hodgson winning both races at Silverstone in his championship year. Set me up nicely for this Fri n WSB season starting
cleaned and checked over the ss in prep for an mot tomorrow. Everything working ok, brakes a lil spongey but always have been an do work ok. ( just don't jump of the 748 and onto that and expect the same feel!) all pleased with my self I went indoors and pored a glass o red. Then I spied the new clutch plates sitting on the counter! It would not go far with out them. In fact that is the reason I was on the 748 when I crash as the 900 had got unrideable. so back to the shed I went. All good.45 mins and over half that spent fucking with the fairing. Will have to do a lil test ride before the mot but can't fore see any probs and will be back on 2 wheels for the first time in 18 weeks!!!!
Friday I finished the roof I'd been working on, Today the roofers started to felt and lath it, they didn't use the more common breathable felt as the bats get there claws caught in the fabric, so back to the old bitumen based felt, happy bats. Steve

I know exactly what you mean, same position myself a couple of years ago, now a national observer & local observer assessor & loving it - hell of an excuse to get out on the bike. Just relax, enjoy yourself and remember to breathe! Easy peasy [emoji51] Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Just been de briefed after a ride that seemed to take for ever but was nearer 60 minutes. So I passed well enough to get a 1st so whilst physically and emotionally drained, I'm chuffed to bits. Andy
