1200 Rear Brake Pump Part Numbers

  1. Dear all

I'd like to find out if the rear brake pump on my multi is the earlier model or the updated one (if I'm not mistaken the 2013-14 models came with the updated pump which has a bigger bore). The number on my pump is 10.3741.20 which I understand is the Brembo part number. The Ducati part number is 625.4.031.1A for the former model and 625.4.031.1B for the updated one. Does anybody know the correspondence?

    Thanks in advance

  2. This link, Service and maintenance motorcycle | Ducati , will take you the Ducati download page where you can look at the parts lists for different years. It should give you the information you are looking for. Andy

  3. Thanks Andy but I have already done that (this is where I got the Ducati part numbers from). However there is no mention at all of the number that is printed on the pump. So I cannot make the correlation. Actually by searching this number on google, I get no reference to Multistradas 1200 at all (at least on the first pages). It only shows as a part that is used on 2014 Monsters and other bikes.

But you gave me an idea ...

  4. In the Monster 1200S Part Catalogue, the old pump is referenced. If I am to believe google, the Brembo part number 10.3741.20 refers to the old model. But I'd be even more sure if someone who has done the switch can verify.

  5. the 2011updatet Brakekit is marked with red coulered Dots on Brakelines and ABS-Module. At the updatet Rearbrakepump
the Plastic-hose-nozzle to Brakefluidreservoir has an Angle of 50°,
    the older one had 90°
