  10. I got a roll of very thick clear tape used for repairing rips in poly tunnels and stuck it to the front of the forks it works a treat when it starts to look tatty I just replace it. Most of the time you can't see it's there

  11. Feeling better pain has subsided
    Had a couple of procedures to investigate anaemia all are clear and just a couple of stomach biopsies taken

    Now to build my strength up and try to eat without upsetting gall bladder which I'm having taken out 16th March then hopefully no more pain
