Whatever you do DO NOT buy the ones advertised on ebay! Been there, done that.... and quickly sent them back
They havent showed the damage on the ebay advert. I was spitting flames when I recieved it! you would be better saving a bit extra money and getting a new system/up map/air filter for £1500
Tbh I found the ones from San Marino on there the cheapest Ive found. I tried to do the shortcut route and its worked out dearer as Ive had to go the power commander/custom map route. All good tho. Edit: sorry they're in Italy (omnia racing). They're £960 brand new.
hey mate, thinking of doing the same with full system from omnia for 1199. how much was custom map and whom did you use?
I'm booked into race engineering in Gt.Dunmow Monday week. The PC was 400. Think the maps around 2. You don't need the power commander if u have the up map dongle though which presumably you will have if you buy them brand new. :thumbsup:
I got a custom map put on by Moto Rapido for 300, no power commander required, just a thought if you wanna save some dosh for more shiny bits
I've Got a brand new system in the box. Termi titanium full system with up map key etc £2000 delivered
I might be selling full system (polished) next week with a whole load of extras for my 1199s (Comfort seat, Race screen, Cabon Hugger, Evotec tail tidy).
Without pointing out the obvious the 1199/1299 up map is no good for a 899, moto rapido will load you a map on and I think cornerspeed or jhp can do the same, I had a map put on my 899 for the full Akra system.
