Well... It started off life on a hypermotard 939 but it's now on my zed... Been wanting an sc project for I don't know how long! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
bike dolly got delivered so I got to use my new tools! got home about 7.30 and it took about an hour from unpacking to assembled. Straight forward but fiddley. It could be assembled on the floor but I wouldn't want to do it. you need four blocked of wood or bricks to get it up to get bolts in and some of the powder coating needed filing out. first impressions are pretty good but if you have a rough floor forget it. my floor is mdf! Don't laugh, the landlord supplied it when I was fitting out the workshop, its moisture resistant 12mm and I put it over the gappy floor boards. to my amazement 5 years on and its still sound. Anyhu back to the dolly. It works quite well but I think a little bit of knack we be required, like maybe encouraging the casters in the right direction each end before Tring to spin it. The casters ar small and although they seem sturdy enough at cheap looking. Will see how it goes before rating it but I think it will do its job. lamb chop time now!
Love those exhausts! Will it not sit there without the hanger though? I know some of those SC project and Austin Racing exhausts that sit that low and short, are run with no hanger. I just think it would look better without the carbon hanger. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Funny you should say that... Gotta get a lug added underneath so I can do just that... Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
I was in the MR workshop yesterday when they fired up a Panigale with an SC Project exhaust. Damn it was loud, loud compared to my 1098R with 70mm race system, loud compared to the Desmocedici with the full race system and that is loud. Mechanic took it for a road test and said people just stared at him in a mixture of wtf and you should be locked up. Andy
There's a mount point underneath but arrow didn't add it on to the single exit system... Fuckers.. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
I booked flights to the States for next to meet with a client. Fly Tuesday. Meet Wednesday. Fly back Thursday. Fecked Friday.
?? The new fangled invention, bit quicker than jets over the Atlantic and a bit less of a carbon footprint.
Met an older woman at a bar last night. She wasn't bad for 57, we drank and flirted a bit, then she asked if I'd ever had a mother and daughter combo. I said no. We drank a bit more, then she says that tonight was my lucky night. I went back to her place. She put the hall light on and shouted upstairs: "Mum, you still awake?"
