  2. I came home from a weeks family holiday in the dales today :)

Called by @rob lewis who kindly "detailed" my Scrambler. He spent 2 hours on it and it looks like new again!

Thanks again @rob lewis you've done a brilliant job! If anyone in and around the Huddersfield area want/need their bike/car doing professionally then I can wholeheartedly recommend @rob lewis. PM him on here!

  11. Back from another week in Dunfermline. Very long two weeks. Next week Haydock and a long weekend off...cant wait :upyeah:

On plus side my gorgeous wife had a curry on the slow cooker :)

  12. Well...I've hung new gates at the front of the property to keep out the great unwashed.
Prepped the 749R for the MOT.....may be tomorrow.
Last minute....number plate bulb gives out.....then neutral switch keeps going open circuit...no issue if the side stand is up...but stops instantly at tickover/at idle.....heart attack time!!!!
Still can't work out why the nearside indicator on the rear of the PP is having a fit....may be tomorrow as well.

  13. About 160 miles of some of the best countryside Dorset, Somerset and Devon have to offer on a beautiful day. Got lost once and found the A396 up to Minehead, wow is all I can say, lovely twisty bit of road that rewards attack. Another lovely day in prospect tomorrow with a reccy through Exmoor and Dartmoor for a run we're planning for the early May holiday. Sunday looks a scotcher so might just stay a little longer :D. 14. Went to the local bike night, quite a few Ducatis there... 748, 748 with a TL1000 motor in it, 2x Hypers, 1198, a retro ss based one and a few more. Caught up with a few people I met last year. Quite a few interesting bikes. A tidy MV Augusta with tyres that had been melted to the edge.

  15. The road round past Mortehoe Point offers some stunning views on way round to Woolacombe.

  16. Dave :)

  17. am trying to watch fp2 as I passed out straight after fp1. Been thrown in the deep end at work, after nearly 5 months off with the foot, they gave me a big arse loft to do in 11 days with the assistance of one labourer. Got it done in 12 but had to draft in another labourer as there was 6 days full time just in nailing off handers and strapping!
