  10. Wasn't there another bike stolen from Bromley reported on here in the past couple of months. Bromley used to be ok when lived near there- must have gone downhill a bit since.....

  11. Yes Bromley like most London suburbs has good amount of victims that fit the profile. Middle aged bikers 3 bed semi bmw or mercs ..pondlife travel in to steal about 5 to 10 burglaries a day ..goverment cuts mean less officers on the street. Don't listen to the government spin

  12. Mother in law is Bromley, father in law Bexleyheath.

If I'm there on the bike it gets hidden and chained. Super paranoid now as I work in London and ride around and leave the bike whilst visiting customers.

I've taken to carrying a screwdriver to hand... you know, for the bike [emoji6]
Snap-On no less, more than the cunts deserve. Also got a thing going on where I can hit the kill switch and the immobiliser won't let them ride off upon restart, even if they get the keys off me.

  13. they dont care about starting them they just freewheel them away pushed by moped and sell them
german police stopped an artic on autobahn with stolen triumph in the back going to lithunia stolen from bromley

  14. Just figured if it were a bike jacking situation, I'd hate to see them ride off under the bike's own power. Rather make it as difficult as I can. Got something rigged up that interferes with the immobiliser. Turn it on after bikes running and you'll never know until you kill the power and try again. Got my tracker too though [emoji6]

All adds to the cost of just wanting to keep your hard earned though

  15. thanks to all for ya thoughts and help so far. No word yet. Gunna hand out at the ace tonight on the off chance some piece of shit turns up on it. I've seen a few down there on what are clearly stolen bikes ( busted ignitions and dodgy plates).
I know we you all do anyway but keep an eye on ebay. Had a 57mm termi system and marchesini wheels with week old Bridgestone t30's on em and fairings with holes from where crash bungs were removed.
I'm still in shock an really missing my bike. I had a great time out on it last weekend, I hadn't ride it for ages due to my foot and the fact the tyres on it where deadly ( nearly had me of twice with the rear letting go) but with the new rubber on it was brilliant...

  16. your not looking to sell by chance are you?!
