1200 DVT Am I Crazy Thinking About Buying A Ducati Again

  1. Not really due to the reliability issue though, I use mine all year and put on quite big miles, and so trade in every couple of years just to have the newer model. If for any reason, my work changed or I took a pay cut etc, then I'd keep one, but while lucky enough to be able to change regularly, it's just nice to have a new one. I'm sure folk have had issues with Ducati, like any brand can, but I've been lucky so far and had no major issues. Fingers crossed. :upyeah:

  2. 12k on the first, 12k on the second, and they were 12k hard miles. :)

  4. I thought you bought them used, and at 20k they went kaput? There are plenty out there with big miles. :)

  5. I did 20k on it. Purchased at 6k and went at 26k (ignoring the first engine failure at 7.5k they fixed under warranty).
