This all seems to pale into insignificance when you compare it to stuff like the @Ducbird situation but...........................Late last night I was told that we'd been awarded a nice little project in France and this morning I've been told that the Chinese client I visited 3 weeks ago wants to sign a contract and pay a deposit for a rather large project by the end of next week.

    Which is nice :)

    Today I worked until 2pm on a roof and got absolutely soaking, came home for a soak in the bath but no hot water !! a shower it is then.

  10. I do hope so mate, not sure whether me doing some mentoring has helped at all or indeed if it has been a good or bad thing lol... She's taken to it like a duck to water and impressed me with her rate of progress so far.

    Thinking of making a trip across your way next time home for a run out as suggested by yourself and Terry when you ventured over to gods county. Will look at dates and let you know if your interested in meeting up again mate.

  17. I'm waiting on:

    1. Two official order/contract signatures
    2. Hearing from the hospital as to how my old mum is after she was taken in for vomiting badly all day yesterday.

    Neither is a pleasant experience :/
