899 Which Model Is Best For Track Bike

  1. 100% worth it, the active suspension is amazing if you are also using it on the road plus you have the option to run it in manual mode if you wish and the lightweight wheels make a big difference on track and road. If you were just using it on track then you could get a base model and buy some second hand light weight wheels and some decent ohlins to upgrade but it probably wouldn't be worth the hassle if you can afford the S.

  2. Thanks mate

  3. Love my 1299s on track! The suspension and up/down QS is a revelation.
Only prob I have is it runs high temps on track (100-104) which feels like it's robbing it of some grunt.
Any ideas for helping cooling it without fitting a kit rad etc? Was thinking of trying some rad ice?
