Just been to the Bike Shed show in London and amongst the vast array of silly facial hair there were a few nice bikes too. This one was so appealing that I think I might just buy it! 600cc single, 123 kilos dry.
Their best guess is first ones delivered around October -ish. Costs £8995 plus on the road charges/MSVA fees. £9274 total. Just 250 to be built.
Check out that tail light. What a shame to put a number plate on it. I wouldn't bother, it'll only get its photograph taken.
I really like the way this looks. It would ride way better with road tyres mind, knobblies really spoil the handling and it's not like any of these would ever do any off road stuff you could not do with more road orientated tyres anyhow.
Looks great, although in that rear view photo it doesn't look straight, but that could be the camera angle.
CCM made great scramble bikes years ago - tough as old boots - I think the favourite engine was BSA. Although I like the look of this one, I doubt it would serve much use as a scrambler or trials bike - can't exactly guarantee the safety of a liquid cooling rad stuffed immediately behind the front wheel - there will be tons of mud and stones chucked at it despite the perforated guard.
Thought it was rotax they used untill they changed to the Suzuki motor . . . . . Or are you talking before my time ? Well the average age on here is over 60
That is quite lovely. Price I suspect is done to match similar's. Do you have to have a dodgy beard, a green grass smoothie and skin tight jeans with brogues to buy one?
