  1. My bike now on the oil service. But, after last year's accident dealer can't connect with my MTS for reset the oil period. Maybe some wire in a cable or connector was damaged. But I gonna to ride, short Ural summer is no waiting [IMG]
Is there really no way to reset a service period in MTS 10-14 manually? Just thru the buttons...

  2. Melcodiag from JPDiag succeeds where Multitool fails. Buy the leads from LonElec.

  3. i had an oil service done by an known Ducati independant as part of other work and he tried to reset the indicator but failed with his own electronic kit. My main dealer agreed to reset my service warning as they knew the independant dealer well but when plugged into the main Ducati kit it showed my bike had about 7800 miles on the clock not the actual 22000 at the time and no matter what they have tried it on a few visits it wont reset.
so i now have a permanent "Oil Service" warning that takes a left thumb click to cycle through every time i start the bike

Have you seen the screen of dealer's computer? What is a model of a bike has been there? Year of production?

  5. The independant showed me his diagnostic kit and all the parameters were set right as far as i could see with model and year .... never had a problem before with the main dealers using the factory kit so i can only assume the independants kit was the problem
