  1. I know Ducati only offers pirelli Tires as OE. Anyone tried anything different? Used to have Dunlop trail smart on my GSA and was very pleased as they provided consistent performance till the end of their life. Now looking at trying the conti roadattack3. Any views?

  2. Just posted this link on another query, ordered my 2nd set of Metzler Roadtec 01's only available in regular rather than HWM (heavy weight motorcycling) version.

  3. Ive ran conti trail attacks on my 1150gsa for years about 5 pairs if i remember correctly. After going round Scotland last week on the enduro and having a couple.of slides im not convinced about the standard pirellis but it could also be me getting used to normal suspension again.

  4. Getting off the standard pirellis was the best thing I did !! Might try Metz next ..

  5. There is something about the scorpion trails. On my GSA they were faultless. On this bike it's not that there is no grip but they tend to be disturbed but white lines, different behavior when hot or cold and a weird behavior when coming to a stop like a shimmy as if something is loose
