punish? hmm. dont think so. one thing Yanis missed out tho. tax avoidance was, is still? the national sport in Greece.
I agree on the Greece and tax thingy, most Greeks saw tax as a manyana, my point is we are not Greece. The eu are still trying to usurp our courts even after we have left. They want our people over there to be under their host countries but ultimately eu law and want to still keep that here, that isn't what we voted for. I often mention people wanting results like facebook updates. Based on what's been asked for right now, I have no doubt in my mind, walking away ignoring 2 years of fillibusting and wasting time and it would be just that, the wto would give us a stable protection to build from. I hope that doesn't end being the case but as we saw with Cameron when he asked the eu "give me something to keep us in the eu", the eu didn't give a shite. The eu we moaned about has not changed or learned from Brexit, us leaving has shown the guardians of the eu becoming even more entrenched and even less flexible. If they push that too far, it really doesn't leave any British government too many options other than to simply walk away.
not mine, but i am sure she would be delighted to see you brag about it on a public forum. shallow exe shallow
I intially thought that said swallow. It's clear I may need glasses but to get them from an optician in Scotland may see me being as selective as our learned moss smoking northern friend as to what I see and do not
It is part of the remainers continuing diatribe to say we are too weak to do brexit. There are only probably around 5 countries that could have taken leave of the eu and the U.K. is one of those. I've also seen it said that we are 5th/6th largest economy because we are in the eu, if that were the case, then you would have to ask why only 11 of the 28 countries within the eu, put in more than they take out? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/8036097.stm#start click on the net contribution button of the graphs We can do it, easily. Once the thing has settled it will be like, yeah I remember that. I remember decimilisation, people were convinced the world was going to end without thruppeny bits.
Having seen Boris Johnson's comments in Parliament this afternoon then you can be pretty certain that this Country is well and truly up shit creek with not a paddle or sane person in charge.
Boris is a bad man. Imagine listening to the eu's own lawyers who say there is nowhere in article 50 that says we have to pay a leaving fee and then Boris saying "they can go whistle for it". What a rascal
3years ago he was calling another country a pariah state for suggesting the same thing. short memories you have.
I think you're getting confused fin, Scotland isn't a proper country, it's like a local council for people who live North of Carlisle And I don't think he ever called Scotland a pariah state, can you show where he did?
