  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. How much compassion and humanity do they lack, Booty, compared to say, yourself?

How much do you yourself have, compared to Bill Gates? Boris Johnson? Mother Theresa when she was alive?

What's the definition of "sufficient" compassion and humanity? How much of your time, energy and wealth should be spent in order to qualify as "compassionate" and/or "humane"?

Come on, without figures, we are arguing how many Pirelli Angels can perform stoppies and burnouts on the head of a pin. Wasting our valuable time which could otherwise be spent performing good works for the benefit of all. Or doing stoppies and burnouts, but with decent tyres. That would be cool.

  7. Nice try Lozzie. But your inquiry interests me not. I have zero desire entering a pointless political or societal debate with anyone on a ducati forum. You only have to read the existing threads and posts to get a measure. Your 'come on...' amused me though. Your dander is raised and I chuckle mischievously.

And yes, I am more compassionate than some and I frankly care not one jot about your opinion on the matter. Soz mate, but there it is. Possibly the only one who seems to care more is finny. Apart from his SNP nonsense, he is pretty much spot on and as I look on objectively, he pretty much nails people by allowing them to condemn themselves. He is a tricky fecker and the funniest part is, they oft dont even realise.

    Yours fabulously

  14. i enjoy watching you try. yes.
the thing about ridicule tho is the person being ridiculed has to at least have some respect for those doing the ridiculizing for it to have any kind of effect.
    so.................................................*finger*

  15. I agree. You are fabulous. You have discovered, probably through the ministrations of an wiser, somewhat touchy-feely-but-not-at-all-creepy older man-friend, that the only way to avoid "losing" an internet forum argument is not to engage in them. Hence the fire-and-forget drive-by postings you make and the overall level of fabulosity you demonstrate. Your refusal to present your vulnerability on a public forum for all to see is commendable and not even slightly timorous in nature, I am sure.

finm on the other hand, is emotional, passionate, fearless and slightly insane, which makes his contributions to the thread both welcome and (possibly unintentionally) educational at the same time. His combination of indefatigability, lively if scatter-brained forum-craft and the patina of learning, albeit badly misguided, makes him a valued (if hilarious) contributor to these admittedly pointless debates.

booty, do you think you could maybe just say - on a scale of Marcus Crassus to Warren Buffett, where do you sit on the generosity scale? Ballpark estimate, that's all I'm asking. Stealing lead from the church roof? Keep the change, barmaid, wink-wink, nudge-nudge? I have thirty-five hundred economic migrants living in my terraced house? Just a hint!

  19. Oh it gets far worse than those little snippets, there are literally people practically weeping in type form, begging even that it's all just a bad dream.

For so many clearly educated people on there judging by the grammar, I'm frankly gobsmacked at the hysterical nature of the posts.

    What happened to perspective

  20. Moderators :

Can we get some of the old smileys back please?

It sure would help things become a little clearer between noobs and finm :)
