Sticking this up for a good friend as its literally like brand new. Never tracked or taken out in the rain and is the shiniest 1299s I've ever seen. Less than 1400 miles and only used for sunny Friday trips to work. £17985 http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201707167437954
Mate, I don't mean to be rude, but wasn't the "S" less than 21k new in 2016 ?? Is 19k not a little rich ??
He's taking advantage of them not being sold anymore, but I don't think it's that rich and particularly since it's hardly been used. He has an FE on the way for his summer Friday rides to work!
It's not my bike Reg The one on ebay has 9,300 miles on it and is two years old. This one is a year old and has hardly been out the door. If someone is looking for a spanker for £3500 less than a new one then this is the one. If you want a bargain cheap one and dont care about mileage then fill your boots on ebay.
Mate, I didn't mean to give it a kicking, and am not in the market for one, but like the old car dealers expression says, he ain't even taken the VAT off ?? Good luck to him though if he can get it ??
Hi everyone I am here to share a solution information with anyone who need the services of a professional hacker. I know a reliable contact who has been working with me for years now and he gets me solutions To every difficulty I encounter. If you need his services you can contact him via email [email protected] Tell him Doris referred you
£22500/1.2 = £18750 so you get the VAT off and save £250 and get the first service free aaaand have 1300 miles on the odometer to boast to your friends at the pub how you did 1000 miles of wheelies on your Dooocati. If you have a business then it makes sense to get a new one and claim the VAT back. If you havn't then you get £3500 off and the first service done with this one with not much more than run in miles. It is what it is, maybe someone wants exactly this, you could argue the price with him yourself I guess.
Can't say as I agree with the vat thing, the bike costs 22k including vat new, anyone who is not vat registered (most people) cannot claim the vat back so why do some people think you should loose 20% of your purchase value the moment you drive away?, now selling between people who are vat register is a different thing alltogether.i am vat registered and never put my bikes through my books as I do not use them for work, doubt you would see a registered Superleggra with 100 miles on the clock for 20% less than purchase price.
Thats because the SL is very limited, and the 1299S is not. Mate, like I said above, I aint giving it a kicking, and good luck if he can get it ?
I don't understand why people feel the need to comment on the price of a bike for sale when they have no intention of buying it. Wish the guy well. Whatever it's value is, it will find it, and it's no ones business apart from the buyer and seller.
It is silly money and high enough that most people will do finance through a dealer, you have to start from somewhere so I would always say list at the beginning optimistically and if it hasn't sold within 4-6 weeks, then you probably have the price wrong Not quite, If you put the sale in the public domain, the public are going to comment on it.
PS. Don't think they were £22.5 new, thats prices post big Ducati 2017 ££££ hike, they were a little under 21k new in 2016.....Just saying.......
You reckon? So an advert isn't an invitation to treat, its more a invitation to gossip? I don't see anywhere in the advert an invitation for comments on the price. How I will laugh when someone devalues your next attempted sale. you haven't even seen the bike.
An ad getting many post keeps the thread bumped and is only good for the seller. If there is a buyer out there he will spot it easier
