    I suppose we really are a "social network". I've only met two of you and yet you can't help but feel concerned for your cyber friends.
    One guy in the clink, one now an ex-member. Been a sad year in these respects.

    Hope 2013 is a bit more positive than the name might imply.

I didnt know 470 but deal with this type of crisis work wise on a daily basis.With modern pressures on life and at this time of the year,some perfectly good people may think that this is the only way forward which is so sad and maybe avoidable.We should always keep an eye out for others who may be out of sorts and offer a shoulder and more to bring some sense of reason, perspective and purpose back to their lives.
    Rest in peace 470 and as a fellow human being,so sorry that you felt that this was your only way out.
