Disc lock. Got myself all ready, had an R1 whiz past and I though... bit of fun to be had here... I gunned it and nearly dropped her. Luckily the bent part is out of the calipers path so I can nurse it home.
Been there, done that with a blackbird. Thought I'd got away with it till up at speed and I could hear the df df df of every bent bit spin touching the caliper. 2 new discs followed. On the plus side, I had been umming and arring about a spend on wavey discs so not all bad
Rides fine, brakes work fine with no pulsing. Obviously going to change them now anyway but very glad I can nurse it home and not have to get recovered 50 odd miles home. Think I'd rather have whipped the disc off and run single disc home than suffer that.
Glad I could amuse someone with my expert stoopidity. Disk lock is also now naked to match the bike. All the plastic surround exploded everywhere (I did say I gunned it )
Spent the 3rd night on a run in agony with at best 4hrs of broken sleep. Pharmacist today, get the strongest painkillers I can
Well I'm home 3rd day after session 3 of chemo It was an awful time day 1 started with a migraine I was given meds for this Day 2 felt like a hangover Day 3 felt okish Day 4 onwards awful sickness/nausea till release day All my anti sickness meds have been tweeked ready for session 4 so in theory I should suffer less sickness/nausea I'm hoping and looks like stem cell collection will be next so keep your thoughts fingers toes etc crossed and thank you
I've just had to send my new iPhone 7 back for the second time as it's haunted and got a poltergeist in it. It has been calling people without me touching the screen and it also switches in between apps without me touching it. Think I will stick with my old iPhone 5S. I've also just collected my Scrambler jacket from the Leather Workshop in Huddersfield as they'd sewn some Ducati badges on it for me for the princely sum of fifteen earth pounds.
