The problem is the generator sets (that's everything that makes the power) aren't designed for this sort of battery. Lithium battery charge circuits are quite different in their control. If you put a Lithium Battery into a bike that is designed to take a Lead Acid then the generator set will run hot, very hot. This may or may not manifest it in an immediate fault. Don't worry this one sits in oil, so burning the engine oil and filling up the oil filter with debris probably has no ill effects whatsoever, or so a guy in the pub once said. Never had a problem on this bike..... or so the keyboard warrior said. Like I say You can take a horse to water, but................................ sometimes you are better off not even trying to help. I mean what do I know?
My OEM battery failed recently so went for one of these.... Shorai LFX14A2-BS12 Lithium Iron Motorcycle Battery....Just the ticket !!
Now you are just being silly. A Lithium Iron would be way too soft and light to take creases out of clothes. Also be aware that if the clothes are still damp using this sort of iron may cause them to catch fire.
