Guy's Does anyone know if the Termignoni T-800 UPMAP system is available for a 2016 Pikes Peak? If it is what is the part number as the dealers in Asia don't know much about it. Cheers Steve
right I noticed that. I saw a thread somewhere that indicated that not all the available options listed on the device are listed online. additionally am curious if while it supports the 2015, will it not also support 2016? Some Threads have indicated that there were no real changes between 2015 and 2016.
I agree with your logic. Notwithstanding, looking at the supported bikes, the 2015 is not really supported either. No maps are available. The Bosh Med ECU is not yet software flash-able unless it's cracked open by the likes of Rexxer.
Interestingly, I have received two direct responses from companies that sell the T800 device, and both have indicated that there is a map available in the map store for purchase for the 2016 Pikes Peak Multistrada. Omnia Racing: https://www.omniaracing.net/en/upma...pp-for-termignoni-exhaust-system-p-37499.html And HSBK: https://www.hsbkracing.com/parts-an.../termignoni-ducati-up-map-hardware-and-cable/ This could be very helpful to me as I purchased this bike used, but the up-map software was not put on with the pipe when installed (don't ask me why) and the software device was subsequently disposed of. I have been told that the dealer worked directly with Ducati in Italy to properly map the bike on the dyno. Nevertheless, it would be nice to determine if a better map is available if the current mapping is problematic. TBD.
I looked at both your links and I remain cautiously optimistic at best. They're nebulous on fitment for a 2016 Multistrada. I would get confirmation from Termignoni directly before proceeding for sure. The 2016 Multistrada is not listed as being supported on the Termignoni's UpMap website below and the 2015 does not have maps available as shown on this screenshot of the same website (1rst column is for available maps). https://www.up-map.it/en/supported-bikes/
