  11. To the OP, not been since 2012 since some old boy reverse his (borrowed) car into my bike...

    I still have his address and work address (owns forecourt prestige cars could do a lot of damage :imp:) ... it took me 2 years to get any compo

    Lots of torque, handles sublimely.
    I've got the dual seat, panniers etc so were all set.:cool::upyeah:

  15. @its me I'll be there, arriving at the crack of dawn on Friday morning (dunno if Dawn knows yet ;)). If you haven't been before it's a fabulous event and my 3rd year running.
    Won't be on a Ducati this year either I'm afraid.

    My mate has a Thruxton R too and has let me have a ride on it - what a lovely, lovely thing it is :upyeah:

  17. I think the Thruxton R looks great.I havn't seen one in the flesh yet.they do get good write ups as well.

  18. Lurking wheelie bin & tin of birds custard powder, are at best. Minimum proof of 'been there' in a photo scenario's I can think of. ;) Enjoy
