Anyone know what like this watch is? Who make them? Cant find much info on it really, Looking for a decent everyday watch but want something fairly nice and anywhere around the £250-£300 mark http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-CO...910518?hash=item3ad142ab36:g:9ekAAOSwal5YG1Qv Cheers Jack
Seiko kinetic in that price range, that Ducati watch will just be a cheap quartz inside. Seiko everytime
+1 on @Wayne58 's post. You'll get the same watch much cheaper without the Ducati branding. It'll be an inexpensive quartz in reality.
I've just looked at the blurb on these, as I've never heard of them. I have to agree, in that price range, this watch is far superior.
Delighted ive asked the question now, Cheers everyone that's commented Going order one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mens-SEIK...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
Nice. I've had one for years. Ok the battery is dead and ridiculous price to replace but if I set the time and wear it, the kinetic kicks straight back into life and it works fine.
A mate of mine, who is very into watches once told me " never buy a watch from a brand that doesnt specialise in watches, any branded watch will be low quality and youre paying for a high street name!" Ive always taken heed
Yes, they nearly all use the same quartz movement made by Citizen that costs about fifteen quid. It is accurate and reliable though. I went for a Citizen eco drive that is radio controlled and solar powered. 200 m too
Cheaper here, and also as someone suggested, the Citizen Eco drive also a great watch in that price league http://www.yorkshirewatches.co.uk/s...MIwLSKtPDs1QIVCLXtCh00WQUJEAAYASAAEgJFF_D_BwE
My Mamma told me, you gotta shop around.... https://www.onyerbike.net/clothing/...no-2014-14-quartz-chronograph-987685913-black
I did recall hearing that Ferrari make more money from baseball caps and key fobs then they do from the sale of cars. Although this could well be an urban myth.
