assuming i needed to complete a 60 miles round trip daily what should i get. heres my must haves - sports bike (not sports tourer) - capable of being ridden in the wet easily by a rider with below average skill level (when i lend it to my best mate of course) - ideally blackish - needs to be startable before 8am without too much of a din (totally not like my R) - needs to have fewer than 10k miles i used to have an early gen r6 which at the time was better than the other equivalent jap bikes. a mate has a k7 gixxer 600 but i think its more than i want to spend i could get a bent 848 i guess but might be a bit noisy?
Try a Honda Blackbird there cheap to buy and run with a 100% bullet proof engine good weather protection
Black, sporty, under £4k, quiet, ride in the wet, very economical (electric)and less than 10k miles !!! Job jobbed
Four out of six! plus it's better looking than a sports bike less than £3k but has 14k miles, one owner too and new belts. Screen, hand guards, heated grips for the Winter, better visibility and comfort for commuting too!
