Went to Weston Bike Night last night - havent been for a while. Was all set to go on the hyper but my mate wanted to go on his RC8r - he was going to go on his Dorso 1200 - so matching like for like i went on the rsv4 - my front forks need seeing to a little bit (apparently the best oil for ohlins forks is ohlins oil) thats a whole other thread i think....but, going out on it last night was fun to say the least. One thing i did notice is the amount of shifty fuckers down there....problem is with bike nights is most of the time its people like me, you etc etc that have an interest in bikes but then theres some that, well, just look like thieving cunts....
On my way back from that there London. Had a good evening yesterday though. Went to the Sky lounge for drinks then the OXO Tower for dinner. I'm now on the bones of my arse!
ok my first 5 series as i was not 100% sure on the previojs model. This is a very different story. Much better quality fit and finish, much improved ride quality, much better handling and engines better too, i have 2l diesel. SO planted on the road its a pleasure to make progress as they say. Much closer to the 7 series than 3 series now. Infotainment etc superb,comfort superb, etc etc. And economical. I love it, but not so keen on their bikes, nothing beats our V twins.
Headers don't fit and not will sump swap, even though all the internet, the seller and even parts list suggest they will. So fucked again. What next? Petrol, a match and take up fucking golf again
