Been getting a new kitchen fitted. We're 7 weeks into a 3 week job so my fuse is already pretty short with the fitters. It was meant to be finished today but when I got in from work it was looking good and then I noticed that there is a set of three drawers where no two handles line up vertically. They are a good centimetre out. WTF! Week 8 here we come.
Sympathy. We've just finished fitting out our new house. Three months became 4 and then only after a lot had been taken out of the contractor's scope. the last three weeks were sheer murder. Every inspection would yield a list of work good for another week... Eventually it was about 95% done we decided "to help with it" and moved in. Final payments and retention money still pending and we'll sort the rest ourselves. Know what you are going through. Good luck!!
I'm still chasing my Chinese client for the signed contract and deposit he promised two weeks ago. I've tried explaining that we will now miss his first phase opening date. Doesn't seem to make a blind bit of difference. No doubt it'll become a panic job. :/
Well..... I was all set up to have stem cell harvesting and getting back to work to be slapped in the face on Monday at Cheltenham when they told me they can't harvest as my protein is back up so I need more chemo I'm fed up as I was led to believe everything was OK here in Hereford bone marrow looking good myeloma at 3% nope I think I have been left too long it's 8 weeks since last chemo Back to my consultant today to find out what chemo I'm going to need to get the protein down Keep your fingers crossed its injections in Hereford and not a another ESHAP
