Heard first and then saw a beautiful condition Edwards race rep today. Really did sound good and looked awesome blipping past. Anyone owned one?
I had one up for sale couple of weeks ago..changed my mind although once I removed the add I received offers above the asking price. It is a very well engineered bike, gear driven cams for example saves a lot of cash as compared to belts every 2/3 years. Feels a bit "clumsy" at low speed but is all coming together once up to speed. 20k miles now all it needed was valve clearances at 16k.
funnily enough i was looking at these a few days back... look awesome and what heritage. was shocked when i saw what good examples command.
I had an sp1 for 10 years and loved it, r&t ohlins forks and ohlins shock, knee down on any corner, loved it and want another. Heres a picture of a coconut monkey....
Ive got one to sell if anybody is interested will sell it cheap or looking for top fairing and head lights Just a few pics
