  1. Perfect on dry autumn days!

  2. The rear shock is a large part of the seat problems; the shock goes hard on hi-speed hits, get a shock the can handle hi-speed hits (hi wheel acceleration)

  4. It did start 1st kick witnessed by me . Lovely bike Peter .:upyeah::):D

  5. Partly... The standard shock is only adjustable for preload, and comes with a "one size fits none" spring. A replacement spring matched to your weight will transform the bike. High speed compression is what Breakout 998 is referring to, and the OE spring doesn't really cope too well with compression or rebound expectations. At best it's "alright", but many have swapped them out. I'm still running OE and haven't yet upgraded to Ohlins or another make. Might do in time though.

  12. Hello Speedy Henry :bucktooth:

  13. hello sir ..

  14. Just can't do the arse up flat down anymore or even close, hoping this will give me the fix I need and be able to get on and off and walk the following day. fingers crossed..

  15. Scrambler is a bundle of fun, and plenty fast enough for country lane shenanigans. So many bits to tinker with too... Love mine, and sure you'll love yours!

  16. Thanks, been mulling it over for ages and when I finally sat on one and realised how easy and light it felt to ride I was hooked, it has lots of the right bits on it but overall for me I 100% love sports bikes but just to look at not to ride I kept buying things and realising within a mile I can't do it anymore, so hoping this set up will do all I need without the agony and at least still be a Duke...

  18. It’s the subtle decals that make a bike, retro logo with a high contrast yellow.
