True Johnny, for many, politics is like their credit card agreement, they read the big bits but not the small print. Like any things though, the info is clear and available if people choose to look for it.
I think the talks are going as well as can be expected, with a small dose of realism creeping in from the EU. However we cannot wait and hope all will be well right up to the last minute, we must prepare for a no deal scenario in parallel with negotiating for a good deal. Leaving and trading under WTO whilst taking time to finalise a long term trading arrangement would be no bad thing IMHO. It is in the interests of the people of the EU, as opposed to it's politicians, that a good deal is eventually made. I am pretty relaxed about it all.
Fin wrote it, so it has many possibilities to be, every now and again he goes all painted face but he did mention plant pots and diets. It must be like listening to Catweazle
Its paper, in the from of currency as our cash economy is syphoned off into eastern Europe. Its a 100% trade surplus too because absolutely bugger all comes into the UK, all the traffic is outbound.
It's actually collectables, art and antiques. Not something that will keep the country afloat for long.
