  2. so if i move mine up 5mm or back to standard and leave the back as if want will that do to the ride ?

  3. Chances are it will turn slower and go wider. Of you are going to lift it, better to keep the balance IMO as it is rather than mess too much. Why are you thinking of changing it? Does it ride badly? Having ground pr front wheel clearance issues?

  4. Feels to low at the front with to much pressure to my hands i am going to take it to Kais for a full set up when the weather is better

  5. Personally Richie, I'd get hold of ALL the standard settings and return the front and rear to factory settings. Preload, compression, rebound, forks through the clamps etc. You then know the bike is properly balanced and have a solid base to adjust it to how you want it to feel.
I dropped my forks through by a few millimeters on an RSV and it felt wonderful. To someone else though it may have felt dreadful. It's such a personal thing, how the bike feels and behaves. What makes someone confident will worry the hell out of another.

  6. Why did you get it dropped at the front? As far as I know, either drop at the front, or raise at the rear for sharper steering, but not both.

  7. Short legs?! lol

did this with my SPS and it ruinied it. Better to get some think boots and learm to plan a one toe touch down. Works for me

  8. Bang on little legs !

  11. When I bought mine from Manchester I had mine done by Kais. Cost a few bob but was worth it cos they set it up just as it should be for me. :upyeah:

  12. Going to go back to standard ride high after sitting on a standard bike

  13. I think that will be a great place to start, if you can manage it......just about every bike I've had has been to tall for me, but as someone has said....you only need to lean a bit to get one foot down.....that's enough.
