Hi guys, been on this forum since getting my 1200s but this is my first post! Went out to the garage today today for a look, popped the red switch down then back up as per usual and the bike started itself?!? It's like the starter button is jammed. Anyone else had an issue like this? Booked it into Ducati as it is still under warranty.... Strange as i think the right hand switch has already been changed under recall? Thanks!
That was my first thought! The guy at Ducati said the terminals may be corroded? Don't know how as it spends most of it's life in the garage. maybe this can be my excuse to move it into the living room...
yup, that has got the self starting option enabled. Also looks like the pre recall switch (dark red) (I think later switches are lighter, mine is)
