Hi all, Had an off at Cadwell (Gooseneck) back in October when I confused ambition with ability... Currently on the prowl for a headlight cowl/fairing in 1199 white (I understand the 899 is a slightly different white), all other panels are replaced and mechanical's sorted. Been quoted £541 +VAT new, which I may have to consider if nothing pops up before I start riding again. Anything comes up please let me know. Thanks in advance
You'll really struggle to find a red one, let alone a white one. Might not be something you want but you could probably pick up a whole set of as new red fairings for not much more ?
Thanks Royal, I have toyed with that idea and may be the road I end up going down (no pun intended) I have actually started collecting cheap fairing pieces to use for track days...you know, like you do after the horse has bolted!! Thanks again
Haha I did the same thing when I first damaged my Pani fairings. In the end it became much easier to switch to proper track fairings and stick the road ones in the garage. I have a bunch of 1199 fairings available plus a set of Ducati Performance track fairings if they are of any interest by the way as I'm badly in need of a clear out and unlikely to use them on the newer bike.
