I too had a 2010 model (May) with 9k on the clock and 16k on the replaced clock To be fair I hadn't had a new issue for 4 months prior to trading it in which was the longest it had gone without having something replaced under warranty As I said originally it is a very good bike when everything is working
I am sure you will find the same sort of negative sentiments on the GS forum! Unfortunately things do go wrong, it's a machine after all! The question really is.....how good was the support you got? Also The more sophisticated the equipment the more prone to problems....but if that is an issue then we should all be riding two cylinder jap bikes!
