Yes i used them for some Rizoma bits for the Diavel,first class service

 

Used them several time for different kind of accessories and never had any problem, very good service and communicative. Actually I'm italian so my experience about that may be a little different, but browsing their site in english I saw they had the same nice in line forum for each item in the shop answering any question, so I assume no problem about that

 

had something from them - can't remember what - but no problemo !
