  7. The brown one is the one the council official hides in to spy on the neighbours I suspect to see what they put in their bins

  13. Yeah the Brown bin....I set fire to it with hot ashes lol had to run outside with a hose and put it out, bloody council can come get it as they now wanna charge £40 a year to take garden rubbish away cheeky fookers
