Hi everyone anyone know what and where you can get the tool to undo the frame bolts on the Multistrada 1200. I assume they are the same as most modern Ducatis, I've included a photo. I think they are spline bolts but the biggest I can find is M18 and it looks like they might be as big as M22. The biggest I have is M16 as can be seen its much bigger.
I was sure a 17mm hex bit was the size, but you’re pic makes me doubt that - is that a 3/4” drive socket? Try a 17mm nut or bolt to see if that fits
Thanks thats what Ducati Leeds said but like you I wasn't sure after offering up that socket I'll give it a go and see.
