  12. Brilliant albums. (Animals & Nursery Cryme). I bought both when they were first released. Great memories.

    Prog rock ruled my world in the 1970's. Most of the lyrics sound totally pretentious now, but the music stands the test of time.

    It is also amazing how much of the Prog rock from that time is based (or even plagiarised) from classical music.

    Not that the classics were immune from inspiration from their peers, Handel & Bach come to mind.

    Good stuff though.
