Some one on here had a couple of bikes for sale there on commission but took them back in the end. I think someone also purchased a 1098R Bayliss for what at the time seemed a lot of Money for one @ circa £26K - about 2 years ago, but it could have been a different shop and my memory lapsing. Supposed to be quite a place and very welcoming from recent reports but never been myself. I would consider selling through them but not buying unless they had a mahoosive sale
Their market/business model is very different to a normal dealer. They sell bikes to people that stick them in the lounge as an investment.
I think there is movement anywhere - and if it's a commission sale it will be largely up to the owner...
I think its strange - says has carbon termi and nemesis. The exhaust in the picture is not a carbon termi. Why would you put a nemesis and keep a stock exhaust? Unless he sold the full exhaust and left the nemesis.
Roadhouse Motorcycles outside Peterborough have a 999R, circa 14k. It’s an import from Denmark I think. They just got a V5 for it. Didn’t look at it as was interested in the 999S they had.
What's a carbon Termi? I think he maybe missed a comma out? They didn't come with full exhausts, just a Termi half System and only the cover was carbon. For that mileage and price if it is fitted with the Termi half system the snap it up quick. A standard exhaust will cost you £50.00 if you want one. If any are worth checking out that one is, a dealer will knock £1000 off and have it up for £15k before very long
Thanks for still finding bikes for me guys.I’ve spoken to the owner and although it will be a great buy for someone it’s not for me.He imported it from Holland three years ago.
Hi, Nik1, only just seen your 999R wanted. I've a January 2006 Ducati's final 999R variant to win American championship (more power/torque ect) Was in private collection in USA, never registered, standard as it left the factory just 37miles... Refreshed at Forza Italia (belts oil tyres ect) Now UK registered but I not used.
