Yes Please, i work every other Tuesday evening but hopefully i can get along to the odd one once the bike is back on the road.
No, unfortunately the bike hasn’t even gone in for it’s service yet. Should be on the road on a different bike by mid week though, I couldn’t wait now the bug has bitten so been out and bought I little run around to tie me over till the 749 is back on the road.
Don’t worry I’ve been on the forum 6 years and they still think I’m a bloke Mind you the tattoos beard and deep voice may convince otherwise Took my bike and car tests in Yeovil Bike looks lush
Welcome aboard - from another 'newbie'!! She looks very nice - I had the larger version, (Fila 999R), and she was very reliable, (apart from when I first bought her and that is a very interesting story which involves one of the premier UK dealers who could not fix her)!!! Starter cables, (as suggested by 'Old Rider'), is an excellent call but don't forget that the fuel pump relay, (hidden down in the belly pan area), collects water and eventually fails, (usually when you are at the furthest point from home!), and you then have no choice but to cadge a lift from your local recovery service!! Be very interested to hear about what steps you have to take to get her back on the road ready for Summer, (if we get one this year)!! Take care out there.
