Hi guys managed to get my hands on tickets and pit lane access for all 3 days of WSBK Donington , ....i've always relied on the poor microphone in my phone and Go Pro but want to upgrade to an external on ..can any of you recommend the best bit of kit on a budget for my needs ...... need to get the best sound quality for the Ducati soundtrack ill be enjoying ....
If you have the Gopro 5 you will need their own adapter to use an external mike, and they aint cheap. I think the 6 may be the same but not sure, I have the 5 and cant really justify the cost of the adapter. Stuart
Here's some info on my mic setup, if you use the Gopro mic adapter. Remember to get the adapter for the adapter. If not, the RODE smartlav+ is amazing quality for other plug and play units. Hero 5 sound quality on its own is the worst.
best i could do at short notice ...but an upgrade would be cool if you can recommend something ... sound quality is really poor with no mic as you all know
