Just had my first service done, went up to Ducati Glasgow, I am from Leeds, got the bike from there, so thought why not, impeccable service, had a two-day trip out of this, overnight in Moffat yesterday, after riding the coastline of the lake district, Buccleuch Arms Hotel & Restaurant, ride up to Glasgow today, £67.26 for the service, they spent a good two hours on the bike, totally impressed Secure garage parking in Moffat.
Was that part of a purchase deal then? Cause every time I've had a multi serviced, was always at least 200.
If you buy the bike from them, you just pay for the parts required, they did a fantastic job as well, after servicing it got test rode, then back on the ramp for another inspection before release back to me.
Gonna get a shock next time then, when they start charging a million quid an hour and take several hundred hours to change your oil
Have you factored in the cost of your time, the fuel required, and your hotel and subsistence costs into the cost of the service?
Got my 1st servive 600 miles free from Ducati Leeds. Just booked for 2nd service & i think he said it will be £200. Got to get it done by dealer as 2 year warrantee.
Hi, I made a ride out of it, went around the Lake District, I had credit on my hotels.com account so hotel cost nothing, bit of a mini-break, didn’t touch a motorway all the way to Glasgow, it was a good ride
