should have added - that is a cracking picture Aldo, not seen a better advert for a Ducati this year.
Welcome Aldo, you’ve caused a right stir. Well done sir. I have to admit when I saw the thread title I thought it was Dutch
This is very true, Wales like Scotland has some great scenery. This is what happens when you have two dollops of land not many people want to live in, so less houses and more greenery
And the bonus is quieter roads that see less wear and tear, fewer potholes, and some amazing biking roads in both countries. Well, I speak for South Wales, I don't know how well the roads are maintained in Weegieland.
Some of the shit they're putting down is drastic. Spray on treacle then blasted wae pea gravel. I came down the Dalveen Pass earlier in the year and had to run through half a mile of the fresh shit, tyres looked like a porcupine wae a baldy. Went along the 76 and turned to go up through Wanlockhead only to be met with the same fresh shit,,,,,,,,,,,200 meters in I turned round and fukkdoff. Machine was a mess and took hours to get the treacle off.
Didn't manage it though it was my intended hurl. Lochgilphead, Oban, Dalmally and back to Inveraray. Been on that loop a few times recently. Last time I came out of Oban towards Lochgilphead I turned off at a wee road that takes you from Cladich to Ford, it follows Loch Awe upto the Dalmally, Inveraray road. Whitever yer do give it a miss, it's 20 odd miles of utter torture. You have been warned.
i like it, dalvich is a pretty cool wee village with a belter of a cafe in it, v,small, v, quaint, v,tasty grub, not v,expensive.
