  1. Saw Mike Grainger the owner today and I must say the showroom is now looking great since he took it back from George White.

The good news is that they are now doing Ducati servicing so no more 1 and half hours to Bridgewater for the Mutley.

Mikes article when he broke the European speed record on his bike at 249mph. 249mph grandad sets new motorbike speed record aged 61 | The Sun |News

  2. I have to say mate, I phoned up GT's servicing department asking them how much to service my 1198........His reply was, well what you want doing?? to which i replied, The 2 year service.........He then says "What, oil and filter"??? i then replied should you not be telling me what is involved.......

End of conversation as far as im concerned. Bridgewater for me!!!!!!! Called Riders, and he told me everything they would do to it over the phone, very professional indeed.....

  3. Are the Gt Performance guys still there?

  4. The last time I looked the Dyno was not there........not sure about the fellas??? I know Steve is........but not sure he does Ducati servicing....he is the only one i would trust.

  5. Steve and Brian used to look after my RC30, used to travel from Kent for them to service it.

  6. Brian was a funny guy, very dry, never saying much with his pipe on the go. Stephen was a joy to watch when he was working away on the bike. Parts just came away in his hands with no effort. His knowledge and skill on the dyno was second to none.

I think they rented their space up-stairs.
