I like to buy parts online. Eg I want to replace my clutch cable with a genuine one. Is there a decent supplier of oem parts online that also has sensible p&p that anyone uses? Hopefully somewhere that I can put in part numbers and add the items to my basket etc
Not really in the UK - Ducati Omaha but will cost - think there is one in Europe too but forgot what it's called. Use @nelly on here though - that's the easiest (Cornerspeed Ducati)
This is something i miss having Ducatis, Ktm was a different story, Great for buying online while lying back relaxing
I've used https://www.bike-parts-ducati.com Quite decent but better for larger orders as postage is about £5 no matter what you're ordering.
I have on a few occasions when looking for fugly parts, bought direct from the states when I can find NOS parts. so far the prices have been lower than the U.K. even including postage. One thing I would add is that not every Ducati part from a official dealer is expensive and I have found surprisingly, that some parts from a dealer can be cheaper than even second hand parts so it's always worth phoning a local dealer first
I just give Snells or Motorapido a call. Job Jobbed in seconds. Both manage next day delivery pretty well too. Im yet to find an online service in UK. But as the above are so efficient, I dont see what difference it would make to me anyway.
